About the Role
We’re looking for a Lead Fullstack Engineer to take technical ownership of two web-based products currently in development.
This is a hands-on leadership role that blends architecture, coding, and collaboration.
You’ll guide the project's direction, make key technical decisions, and ensure the delivery of reliable, scalable, and well-built software.
We’re looking for someone proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working directly with product and design teams.
You’ll be part of a small, talented group focused on building high-quality tools that make a real impact.
Responsibilities
- 💡 Lead the technical design, implementation, and delivery of multiple web applications.
- 💡 Work closely with product and design to turn requirements into well-structured, maintainable solutions.
- 💡 Write clean, high-quality code using Node.js, React, and TypeScript.
- 💡 Design and optimize databases using PostgreSQL.
- 💡 Build and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure using AWS (ECS, EKS, S3, RDS).
- 💡 Manage integrations with external platforms, including SSO and Okta.
- 💡 Ensure performance, reliability, and security best practices are applied throughout the stack.
- 💡 Support and mentor other developers, helping improve processes and code quality.
