We're looking for an experienced Senior Backend Engineer to join our Rules Platform Team. This team is responsible for Wise's critical rules engine, which includes the tool used to manage our risk assessment rules. As a senior member of this team, you will be a key technical voice. You will lead and contribute to impactful, cross-functional engineering initiatives, drive critical system architecture and technical design decisions, and ensure high service standards by monitoring and optimizing the system performance. You will also actively participate in strategic planning, shaping the product roadmap and defining the future evolution of the platform.
