Requisitos:
• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Proficiency with Twilio APIs (Voice, Messaging, Programmable Voice) and experience using Twilio Studio for designing IVR workflows and call routing logic;
• Familiarity with Twilio REST APIs, webhooks, and Elastic SIP Trunk configuration;
• Ability to process and utilize custom SIP Headers for integrations and experience with Twilio Elastic SIP Trunking to interface with telephony systems;
• Proficiency in programming languages like C#, Python, or JavaScript;
• Ability to write custom scripts for backend logic and external integrations;
• Solid understanding of RESTful services and web technologies (HTTP, JSON, webhooks);
• Experience integrating IVR systems with Databases (SQL/NoSQL), Telephony systems, CRM platforms, and external applications/APIs using provided code/interfaces;
• Understanding of high availability and redundancy best practices for telephony systems;
• Ability to troubleshoot call flow issues, latency, SIP errors, and Twilio-related service incidents;
• Experience in optimizing call flows for better user experience and system performance;
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams to gather business and technical requirements;
• Comfortable working in agile or collaborative environments;
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Requisitos Desejáveis:
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for voice applications;
• Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP;
• Familiarity with OAuth2, JWT, or secure API handling;
• Basic knowledge of telecom protocols (SIP, RTP, etc.).
