This role is for someone who can take ownership of the ServiceNow ecosystem end-to-end — from configuration and scripting to platform enhancements and connecting ServiceNow with external systems. Project — a mission-driven govtech platform that supports U.S. public sector agencies in delivering critical citizen services. The solution involves building and improving ServiceNow modules, implementing workflows and service catalogs, and integrating with technologies like Microsoft Power Platform, Dataverse, M365, and external data systems. Your work will directly contribute to simplifying government operations and improving real-world service delivery.
