Requirements

Must-haves
• 6+ years of software development experience
• Startup experience within B2B AI
• Experience with Next.js
• Experience with React
• Experience with Supabase and/or Airtable
• Experience with OpenAI and/or Anthropic
• Portfolio including 2+ US-based client projects in the last 18 months
• Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English (C1/C2)

Nice-to-haves
• Startup experience
• Experience with PostgreSQL or MongoDB
• Experience with Node.js, Python
• Experience with AWS, GCP, Azure
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent

What you will work on
• Design and scale backend systems for conversational AI
• Build APIs with LLM providers, real-time messaging, and session management
• Develop data pipelines for conversation history, analytics, and fine-tuning while ensuring enterprise-grade security
• Architect microservices for model orchestration, prompt management, response optimization, and match scoring logic
• Integrate backend with Framer frontend
