We are looking for a highly proactive and results-oriented Product Manager with a solid understanding of the payments environment and the ability to lead the complete product development cycle. If you are passionate about creating innovative solutions and have a keen eye for user needs, we want to meet you!

Responsibilities:
👉 Conduct user research and market analysis to identify opportunities and needs.
👉 Gathering functional and non-functional requirements for products under development.
👉 Prioritize features and demands in line with the company's strategic objectives.
👉 Managing the product roadmap and guaranteeing the delivery of value to the end customer.
👉 Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design and marketing, to develop and launch high-quality products.
👉 Monitor product performance in the market and suggest continuous improvements.

Products you will manage:
👉 Pix WhatsApp: Facilitate transactions via Pix directly on WhatsApp, optimizing users' payment experience.
👉 Pix for the Physical World: Developing solutions that expand the use of Pix in physical environments, promoting a fluid and modern payment experience.
👉 Sales Recovery: Creating strategies to recover lost sales, using the power of digital payment.
👉 And other innovative products in development!

Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Product Manager, preferably in fintechs or payment companies.
• Ability to work independently, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to conduct user research and market analysis.
• Experience in requirements gathering, backlog prioritization and roadmap definition.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
