JAVA TECH LEAD (HYBRID).

Localização: Porto / Portugal
Modelo de Trabalho: Hybrid (2/3 days at the client office).

Requisitos:
• Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;
• Minimum of 6 years in software development, including at least 2 years as a Technical Lead or in a leadership role;
• Proficiency in Java (6+ years);
• Solid experience with Spring Boot for building scalable applications;
• Fluent in Portuguese and English (C1/C2);
• Experience with Agile methodologies (desejável);
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools and environments to support automated testing and deployment (desejável);
• Strong experience with SQL databases, especially PostgreSQL (desejável);
• Familiarity with Vaadin framework (desejável);
• At least 3 years of experience using Git and Jenkins;
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills;
• Effective communication and collaboration within cross-functional teams.

Atividades:
• Provide technical leadership to a team of developers.
• Oversee the maintenance and evolution of existing systems.
• Design and implement new features and functionalities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and bugs.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Collaborate closely with the team to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor team members.
