Full Stack Engineer.

Localização: Renens – Lausanne Area
Modelo de Trabalho: 100% on-site.

Requisitos:
• MSc or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience);
• 3+ years of experience developing production-grade fullstack web applications;
• Strong proficiency in React (with TypeScript), Node.js and python web frameworks (like Flask or Django);
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs;
• Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend architecture (component-driven, state management, etc.);
• Strong backend fundamentals including routing, authentication, background processing, and SQL database design;
• Working knowledge of Docker, container orchestration, and deploying applications to cloud infrastructure;
• Familiarity with testing strategies and frameworks (e.g., PyTest, Jest, React Testing Library);
• Previous experience in building or scaling SaaS platforms;
• Exposure to data privacy, GDPR, or handling sensitive customer datasets;
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD), observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Sentry);
• Excellent communication skills, autonomy, and collaborative mindset;
• Fluent in English.

Missão:
• Migrate our React/Flask prototype to a scalable production stack;
• Design, implement, and maintain core features of our SaaS platform;
• Collaborate with algorithm engineers to define data exchange formats, interface contracts, and model deployment flows. And work with the product team to define and implement intuitive UX;
• Develop robust RESTful APIs to serve client applications and support integration with internal and external tools and systems;
• Contribute to frontend architecture with a focus on scalability, UX performance, and maintainability;
• Design and manage relational databases and data pipelines for model inputs/outputs, user data, and job execution;
• Ensure robust system behavior via automated tests, code reviews, and continuous integration practices;
• Monitor and improve performance, reliability, and security of production systems;
• Participate in roadmap planning, design reviews, and agile sprints alongside product and algorithm teams.
