Requisitos:
• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• 11+ years of full-stack development experience with strong TypeScript skill;
• Hands-on experience with React, Next.js, and Node.js in production environments;
• Strong familiarity with AI-enhanced development tools like Cursor, Windsurf, or Cline;
• Experience with Cloudflare Workers, Vercel, or Edge Functions is a plus;
• Solid understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or similar);
• Deep commitment to clean code, speed, and team collaboration;
• Strong communication skills and leadership mindset;
• Contributions to open-source projects or personal GitHub portfolio using AI tools;
• Previous experience leading high-performing engineering teams;
• Experience with AI integration, prompt engineering, or building LLM-powered features.
